Pricing FAQ

Are these prices firm or just starting points?

All three package prices are starting points. The Clear-Out starts at $699, The Rescue at $1,499, and The Transformation at $9,985. We review your photos and details, then provide a written quote before work begins.

What is the difference between The Rescue and The Transformation?

The Rescue adds complete organization to The Clear-Out, and selected storage installation or assembly can be added to it. The Transformation is a customized, end-to-end garage redesign managed through cleanout, organization, storage, flooring, lighting, and specialty-use zones.

Are storage products and materials included?

When storage is installed as an add-on, the products and materials are quoted separately. For The Transformation, materials, specialty trades, and major storage systems are also quoted separately as appropriate. Your written quote lists each item before you approve the work.

What happens to the stuff I do not keep?

It leaves on our truck and you never think about it again. Usable items are routed to recycling or appropriate disposal, and the landfill is a last resort. You decide what stays; hauling away the rest is our job.

Do I have to buy a package or can I customize?

The three packages cover the most common projects, but we can customize the scope. Describe your situation on the contact form and we will recommend the right level or build a custom quote.

How do I pay, and do you require a deposit?

We accept check, cash, and major credit cards. For larger jobs we collect a small deposit at booking to hold your date. The remainder is due when the work is complete and you have walked through the finished garage with our crew lead.
